California NFAA Directors Report----Tom Daley

 

The NFAA meeting was the easiest meeting I have attended and all went well.

 

The sale of the California Headquarters netted us approximately $820,000.  With that money, money from Easton and the help of the town of Yankton the new headquarters and Easton Sports Center are paid for free and clear.  Four 28 field courses, one 3-D unmarked course, one FITA course and a large practice range are also paid for.  We own 80 acres and we are considering buying 20 acres more for an RV camp.  We have the use of County prisoners for $1.75 a day to maintain the archery ranges and maintenance on headquarters whenever we need them.  Easton Sports has committed $500,000 to NFAA and the Olympic Training Center over the next few years.  All in all, things are looking up for the NFAA.

 

Petitions of interest.  All petitions go into effect on June 1, 2009.

15 signature Where a husband and wife are both life members of  NFAA and the head of household dies, the surviving spouse shall become head of household without charge.
