CABIN FEVER 2008 REGISTRATION FORM
Pre-registration must be post-marked by March 1, 2008.
Those registering after this date must do so at the tournament
site. Please note the increase for registering late, so be
sure to pre-register. NFAA Class card is required for B and C
classes. Archers who register in B or C class and shoot higher
than 875 on Saturday will be asked to show their NFAA handicap
scores or will be moved to A class.
**If your registration is incomplete or illegible, we will call you collect in order to complete it**

These are not registration sites. Pre-registration is only by mail - no phone or email registration is possible. Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked seven days prior to the shoot. We will retain 10% for a processing fee. Gift certificates for next year's Cabin Fever shoot will be offered in lieu of refunds if desired.
