Regular Trail Shoot, NFAA 3-D Nationals and
Money Shoot Entry Form
Pre-registration must be post-marked by April 18,
2009. Those registering after this date must do so at the tournament site.
Please note the increased fee for registering late, so be sure to pre-register.
Fees are on the information page. NFAA Class card is required for B and C
classes. Archers who register in B or C class and shoot higher
than 1000 combined score for Friday and Saturday will be asked to
show their NFAA handicap scores or will be moved to A class.
Group
Name___________________________________ Please note: We do not
reserve targets. We will make every effort to put your entire
group together and honor your target number requests. If you have
a large group, you need to register early, before targets start
filling up. If you register after April 1, 2009, we will put you
wherever there is room. **If your registration is incomplete or
illegible, we will call you collect to complete it.**
NFAA Registration (Optional): This is a second
tournament in addition to the Western Classic or the Money shoot. Your score
for the Western Classic or Money shoot will be used for the NFAA tournament. Please
enter names of those registering in the NFAA tournament, and
be sure to add $25.00 per person to the registration fees. You must be a member
of NFAA to compete for the National Title. Your
shoot style and class from above will be the same for the NFAA
entry. You must be entered in the Western Classic or the Money
Shoot to enter the NFAA Tournament. NFAA Professional archers
MUST add
$100 purse fee.
